Latin American Waters

ok. not quite sure "where" this is. Was on a flight coming from Argentina and i think this particular coast could belong to some part of Chile. what i do know for certain is that it's the coast of of one of the Latin American countries as seen from above, looking down through and airplane.

and yeah, took this through the glass of an airplane window.
